SANTA CLARA, Calif., Oct. 5, 2006 – LiveDeal.com, (www.livedeal.com), one of the nation’s leading free local online classifieds sites, announced today it has formed a relationship with Vast.com, the largest and fastest-growing aggregator of online classifieds content. With this relationship, the millions of listings on Vast.com – including automobiles, vacation rentals, real estate, pets, merchandise, and a number of additional key vertical categories, will be seamlessly integrated into the LiveDeal platform. This relationship creates a wealth of new inventory for buyers visiting the LiveDeal.com site seeking items in their local areas.

According to comScore Media Metrix, online classifieds is one of the Internet’s fastest growing categories, with LiveDeal.com ranking among the category leaders. While the online classifieds category as a whole grew at 47 percent over the past year, LiveDeal’s growth in that same period was 104 percent.
