Leading Local Online Marketplace Demonstrates Consistent Month-Over-Month Growth in Classified and Yellow Pages Listings, Premium Stores, and Unique Visitors

SANTA CLARA, Calif. & MESA, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--LiveDeal, Inc. (OTCBB:LVDL), the creator of the nation's first combined local online classifieds and Yellow Pages marketplace (www.livedeal.com), today announced that LiveDeal.com is experiencing strong and steady growth throughout 2007 with unique visitors, classified listings, and premium yellow page store memberships.

LiveDeal.com has more than 1,500,000 goods and services listed for sale, an increase of 73 percent since the start of the year. Key listings categories on the site include pets, real estate, autos, services and furniture. Additionally, according to comScore Media Metrix data, the total number of unique monthly visitors for the site has increased by 16% percent year-to-date (January 2007 to July 2007) to almost 1.4 million.

Since the company's acquisition by YP Corp. (now named LiveDeal, Inc.) earlier this year, LiveDeal.com now features more than 13.5 million Yellow Pages listings and offers "premium yellow pages stores" as part of its Yellow Pages solution. LiveDeal's Premium store owners receive the benefit of having their business, products and services categorized as "premium listings" in LiveDeal's yellow pages and classifieds marketplace, which means they are posted above the free listings. In addition to listing products in the classifieds marketplace, premium store yellow pages advertisers can receive feedback ratings from consumers, add a store icon and include a link to their website. LiveDeal's premium store memberships have grown by 400 percent since January.
